Fellowship and Delight

Lord, help me live in the light: full fellowship with You

And all who follow You in Spirit and in Truth.

Purge from me all that would hinder

True fellowship; enable me to be

All You desire, all You have planned for me.

You are Lord, my Lord, the Author of life itself, true God.

And I bow in worship and adoration of all You are,

All You’ve done, and all You evermore will be.

My heart thrills at Your nearness, delights

In belonging to You, my Lord, Lover of my soul.

And I fall at Your feet in holy awe: seeing You, I am undone.

I worship, lifting my hands, my heart delighting in You,

Your nearness, Your presence, the incredible joy

Of who You are, and I rest in Your closeness

Knowing You are the One who delights in me.
